RATES

• Rates are $600.00 a week (6 nights/7 days)
• Rates are based on 2-4 person capacity
• Nightly rates are avaiable for longer or shorter stays
• Referral rates are offered

PAYMENT

• We are happy to accept cash, check, money order or credit card.
• Checks should be made payable to CRIG LLC
• 50% required for deposit and to hold the dates. Full payment is also accepted.
• Final payment shall be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival
• Once final payment is made, arrangements for arrival will be given.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. Please contact a CRIG, LLC agent immediately to discuss cancellation policy, handled on case by case basis.

Download the contract from the attached link, fill it out, and scan and email it to lacarolinacondo@gmail.com (if you do not have a scanner, please call 970-430-1950 and we can arrange for a fax).
